Return and refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A small restocking fee of 10% may be deducted to help cover processing and handling costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at support@shoyaco.com, including photos of the issue.
If approved, we will cover the return shipping and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@shoyaco.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
